From 1st November, Capoeira Friday class will take place every Monday 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.
8 meetings during November - December 2017. Reservation is required.
Studio Pilates will be running until the 8th of August 2017.
No lessons will be held on Saturdays in July.

Capoeira and aerobic exercise, suitable for weight loss. Only for the open lessons' week 27/3-1/4/17, Tuesday and Thursday 8.30-9.30 p.m.
Barre physique is a course that aims muscle strengthening of the entire body. Using our body weight itself, we activate the different muscle groups by strengthening them.
Body Conditioning is for those who want to train their entire body with exercises inspired by contemporary dance, pilates and yoga. Contemporary Dance helps you to understand the functioning of the body, using breathe and weight in order movement become easier and gain flow.
