Modern Dance

Watch your body, your movement in space, the contact with others, through an entire different perspective. The course of modern dance, guided by Efrosini Voutsina helps you to understand the functioning of the body, using breathe and weight in order movement become easier and gain flow.

The lesson begins from the floor with simple exercises that evolve into dance combinations in the room. We experiment with different dynamics and qualities of motion, as well as elements of improvisation. Internal directive and external shape have a dominant role when it comes to motion.

The lesson is open to everyone, but when following it, you're advised to combine body conditioning.
