Hatha Yoga keeps the balance between mind and body through postures (named asanas), breathing exercises and the guided relaxation - meditation. Those postures give physical strength and health, the breathing techniques cultivate vital energy. We spend enough time in each 'asana' by working on variations and details for each kind of bodytype. Hatha Yoga is a complete method of well living that helps preventing injuries, concentration and inner peace.
Thanos Pappas
Thanos met Yoga the year 2006, where he started practising to Ashtanga Yoga. The year 2007 he moved to New York in order to study music and there he continued his studies in the School of Yoga Sutra. In that School he attended training of 200 hour Yoga Alliance and seminars with David Williams and Srivatsa Ramaswami. He has participated in two teacher training with David Swenson in Edinburgh and since 2009 he cooperates and apprentices next to Olga Alexiou-Swami Nirvikalpa. Thanos has also graduated the Hellenic College NHS (2011) in holistic kneading.
