A few words about the method "Vagkanova"
The method "Vagkanova", which is now one of the most popular systems for teaching classic dance, has taken its name from the great dancer and teacher Agrapina Vagkanova (1879 - 1951).

Wearing:
The most suitable clothes for the ballet class are soft, elastic bodysuits, tights, leggings and soft dance shoes that you can buy from specialty stores dance. It is advisable to avoid rigid fabrics for your convenience and the wide uniforms in order to enable the teacher to easily distinguish between defects, errors, and the "strong" points!
